Kristi Ikemire is a graduate of the University of Illinois, and has developed a highly focused background in graphic design. In 2007, Ikemire launched her very own design company called KMI Design which specializes in creating slideshows. Kristi’s company incorporates client-given photos, sets them to music, and adds sophisticated graphics to enhance the final production.

KMI Design’s approach to slideshows is different than the traditional method. What KMI Design does is create a video experience that you and your friends and family will treasure. Ikemire’s company takes photos that clients send them, sets them to music, and adds elegant and sophisticated graphics that enhance their movie. KMI creates unique graphics and creates unique intros, chapters, and endings for every slideshow they create. The clients’ input is very important, and Ikemire works very closely with them, making sure that everything is to their liking. If there are any moments that are captured on DVD, those can also be incorporated into the movie.

This is a fresh new take on the traditional slideshow, and according to “Brides Chicago”, a new trend among many engaged couples is to send guests a video save-the-date. KMI Design specializes in making these sweet and memorable videos to announce your engagement to friends and family.

Ikemire is a University of Illinois graduate. She currently resides in Chicago, Illinois, and continues to work for CBS and KMI-Design.
